Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Dr A C Aruldas Vocational Training Center is a unit of Dr A C Aruldas Hospital, registered with National Council of Vocational and Research Training (An Autonomous Body, Recognized by Goverment of India with Approval Number REG/NCVRT/TN/2421/VTC with its registered office at 56/2, Venugopal Swamy Street, Perambur, (Near Lourd’s School) Perambur, Chennai – 600 011, Tamilnadu, India.

Dr A C Aruldas Vocational Training Center (hereinafter referred to as ‘we’, “us” and “our”) provides various courses through its website https://dracavtc.aruldashospital.com and related sites and of the platform (collectively, the “Website“). Along with this, we also provide various Courses wherein popular topics usually used for in-depth study of particular Course are listed as per the Syllabus.

The Student may Register by filling in the Application form available on the Website and apply for any of the courses listed on the Website.  The Application fee for the Course is powered by the payment gateway operated by M/s Razorpay India Pvt Ltd. wherein varied kinds of interfaces are provided eg. Netbanking, Credit cards, Debit cards, popular wallets etc. There is no option of Cash on Delivery available with Dr A C Aruldas Vocational Training Center as We offer Educational courses and no tangible products are sold.
CHANGE OF COURSE

The Student has an option under special circumstances to change the Course to another course that is relevant to his or her qualification. The Change of the Course is at the whole discretion of DRACAVTC and will be informed to the students about the same.

Procedure : The Student has to first Cancel the Registration by writing to us the course preferred and the reason to change. After receiving the request, our Customer care representative shall contact the Student for instructions on exchange of the Course. The student will have to choose a course of the same value as that of the previously cancelled or more and the balance amount shall have to be paid by the student. Our Customer Care representatives will guide the Student and Parents through the process at all times.

Period of Change of Course:  The intimation of the exchange of course has to be made within 24-48 hours after enrolling for the first course and not anytime later. The Change of the Course is permitted only once.

CANCELLATION OF COURSE

The Student has no option Cancel the Course. However, under special circumstances the Student can write to us or mail us stating the reason for Cancellation of the Course.  The Course Fee Refunds will be at the sole discretion of the Management and will be decided from student to student.

Period to Cancel Course:  The intimation to Cancel the course has to be made within 24-48 hours after enrolling and not anytime later. The Cancellation of the course is not permitted after the period of 24-48 hours.

Procedure : The Student has to first Cancel the Registration by writing to us and the reason to cancel the course. After receiving the request, our Management shall decide on if the course can be cancelled and decided on student to student basis.  If the cancellation of the Course is approved, the student / Parent shall be informed. Please see the Section “Refunds” for the duration and process for Refunds.

REFUNDS

Course: In case the Student wants to cancel his or her course and doesn’t desire to exchange it with any other course, he may write a request for refund by writing an email for cancelling to customercare@aruldashospital.com. The decision to refund the course fees is the sole discretion of the Center and will be decided by the Administration.  

Application Fee: Application fee that is mentioned on the Website and is paid during applying for the Course is Non-Refundable and shall not be refunded under any Circumstances.

Refund Process : In order to initiate refund, the Student has to first cancel his Enrollment within 24-48 hours. The Student must follow the steps mentioned above under the head of CANCELLATION. Thereafter, our Administration department shall contact the Student for instructions on exchange of Course or refund.

Refundable Amount : Once the request of refund is initiated and the Refund is approved the Management, the funds will be transferred to the Student account by deducting a service fee on the Course Fee. The Service fee may vary from Course to Course and from Student to Student. However, the Application fee that is mentioned on the Website and is paid during applying for the Course is Non-Refundable and shall not be refunded under any Circumstances. 

Timeline : The approved refund amount for the course shall be credited to the same bank account from which the payment was made initially within 5-7 business days.
